		<description>I think you should put a disclaimer regarding the Texas/Manhattan salary comparison chart.    There is no accuracy to that.  It may be close to accurate to say that spending $75k in Texas is nearly equivalent to spending $161k in NYC, but saving a $ in NYC is the same as saving a $ in TX.</description>
